Overview :
Recognised by NEA as the sole non-government organisation that fulfils an important civic society role in raising awareness of toilet-related environmental public health issues, RAS believes in grooming Singaporeans from young to be gracious and considerate toilet users. The Happy Toilet School Education Programme was as such implemented with the aim to inculcate good toilet etiquette, personal hygiene habits, social graciousness and responsibility in students from pre-school to tertiary educational level.
Objectives :
* To inculcate good toilet etiquette, personal hygiene habits and social responsibility in students
* To raise the cleanliness standards and overall image of school toilets
