Overview :
Designed as a self auditing programme for schools it enables students and teachers to better assess the school campus for environmental sustainability. It emphasizes continual assessment and improvements to school infrastructure facilities and encourages internal environmental awareness raising and contribution to society of environmental knowledge. There are four progressive levels of awards. Palm, Hibiscus, Orchid and Lotus. Schools that attain three consecutive Lotus Awards are given Sustained Achievement Status.
