Basic Environment Course (CAM-Mlup Baitong)

Overview :

This course includes basic environmental concepts and issues relevant to Cambodia.

Objective :

The objective is to introduce soldiers to environmental concepts so that they will play a more active role in protecting natural resources.

Course Content :

Topics include introduction to environment, forestry and forestry law, wildlife and wildlife law, pesticides, water and water pollution, parks and protected areas, community-based natural resource management, and global issues.

Delivery Method : Military trainers conduct the course (TOT) which lasts approximately 9 days.
